1. Acceptance of these terms
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yethi Consulting Pvt Ltd (“Yethi”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using yethi.in (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
You confirm that you have legal capacity to agree. If you use the Website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. Website purpose and separate agreements
The Website provides general information about Yethi, our capabilities, products, platforms, services, resources, careers, and partner opportunities. Website content is not a binding offer, statement of work, service-level commitment, or professional, legal, financial, regulatory, or technical advice.
Any purchase, licence, subscription, proof of concept, or professional-services engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the applicable product or service.
3. Limited permission to use the Website
Subject to these Terms, Yethi grants you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the Website and download publicly offered materials for lawful internal business evaluation or personal professional use.
You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source. You may not republish, sell, license, create a competing dataset from, remove rights notices from, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt unauthorised access to the Website, servers, accounts, forms, data, or connected systems;

Do not submit production banking data, customer records, payment-card data, passwords, private keys, regulated secrets, or other confidential or sensitive information through general Website forms.
Enquiries, partner applications, CVs, and resource requests do not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or customer relationship. A relationship exists only through a separate written agreement. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Yethi a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

Yethi, Tenjin, and associated names and logos are marks of Yethi or its group companies. Names and logos of banks, software vendors, and other third parties belong to their owners. References to third-party products describe experience, compatibility, or coverage and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. Third-party links, embeds, and downloads
The Website may link to or embed third-party websites and services, including recruitment, analytics, form, social, and external product services. They are provided for convenience and governed by their own terms. Yethi does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or transactions.
You are responsible for checking that downloads are suitable and safe for your systems. Links may change or stop working without notice.
8. Accuracy, availability, and changes
We aim to keep information useful and current, but it may contain errors, omissions, or outdated statements. Capabilities, product features, integrations, locations, metrics, case studies, and availability may change. Yethi disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and results from use.
Nothing on the Website guarantees that a product, tool, test method, or service will eliminate defects, cyber risk, regulatory risk, operational failure, or loss.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yethi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising from or related to the Website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yethi’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Website or these Terms will not exceed INR 10,000. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
11. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Website for a business, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yethi and its affiliates from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, material breach, or content you submit. This does not apply to an individual acting solely as a consumer where prohibited by law.
