The five risk areas to score

Are critical journeys, exception paths, regulatory scenarios, and downstream dependencies mapped to executable tests?

Can the team create representative, masked or synthetic data and reset it reliably across environments?

Are messages, interfaces, schemes, channels, reconciliation, and failure handling tested end to end?

Are the highest-value regression paths repeatable, maintainable, observable, and fast enough for the release cadence?

Are exit criteria, defect risk, performance evidence, rollback paths, and ownership clear before approval?
